The Company reserves the right to refuse any company an entry in The Right Resort Directory. The Company also reserves the right to refuse or remove any directory or advertisement insertion considered unacceptable at the Companies discretion.

The Company reserves the right to edit and change any content in text or image format that has been entered in the holiday property listing to ensure it conforms to our strict parameters. No spurious entries are allowed and will be deleted or changed in accordance with our strict parameters.

The Company shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to provide reference or access to all or any part of The Right Resort Directory due to systems failures or other technological failures of the Web or other circumstances beyond the control of the Company.

The Company is not responsible for errors in advertising provided by the advertiser or its agency.

The Company will periodically email information to property owners regarding their entry in The Right Resort Directory. Property owners information will not be passed on to others.

The Company does not endorse or warrant any content, information or data in The Right Resort Directory.

Directory insertion, features, news items and advertising rates are subject to change.

The use of any forms on the Right Resort Web Site are solely for the purpose of communicating with the Company or the holiday property owner. They are not to be used for unsolicited email or commercial marketing. The Right Resort monitors all email forms.

The Company respects and acknowledges the intellectual copyright of trademarks, products and services protected by their owners.

Material contributed for insertion in The Right Resort Directory will be made available to all visitors to this web site without restriction, contributors should therefore ensure that any material contributed is not confidential. The Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the monitoring of material provided for insertion.

The Company provides no warranty for any content or operation of The Right Resort Directory.

You understand and agree that your use and participation in this web site shall be at your sole risk.
